To make it, a variety of strawberry ingredients were used, including 100% freeze-dried strawberry powder, organic dried strawberries, and strawberries soaked in raspberry liqueur and strawberry liqueur, to enhance the flavor and aroma of the strawberries. 100% raspberry puree without any artificial coloring was used for the outer glaze to add raspberry's tartness and color. Finally, the cake was decorated with freeze-dried and fresh strawberries to add visual appeal and strawberry texture. Real whipping cream was used in the making of the cake to make it even richer and creamier.
